Various rumours including one from ESPN has said that Bosh has been dealt to the Miami Heat though the return is not yet known. Rumour has it the return is Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers and Joel Anthony. The return is not confirmed and the trade isn't really either but this is the rumour circulating.

If you think about it this is best for both teams. Toronto gets a young and very gifted player in Beasley, and 2 lesser players. Bosh was not worth a max contract (as much as it pains me to say that) but with Miami who must win now to keep Wade they needed another bonafide star.

Keep in mind that by dealing away Beasley the Heat also now have the cap space to sign King James. The Cavaliers will not do a sign and trade with him because it would make no sense, and this can be used as a threat for the King to be able to get more money in Cleveland so why leave?

If this trade were to go down it would make Miami look very enticing for Lebron, and if he goes there all hell breaks loose. This would be the team to beat, and Wade signs an extension for sure. So this rumour seems to make sense but let's see what happens.
