The Hawks today fired head coach Mike Woodson. Despite winning 53 games this season the Hawks for some dumb reason decided it was better to let Woodson go.

Six season ago the Hawks only won 12 games and then 6 seasons later they decide to let him go after 53 wins. It's not like the Hawks had missed the playoffs, as a matter of fact they had the number 3 seed in the eastern conference. One question that probably comes to mind is who are the Hawks going to hire to be their next head coach. But one question that comes to my mind is who is going to hire Mike Woodson.

There are a bunch of teams like the Hornets, Clippers, the Bulls, and the 76ers. But one team that comes to mind is the New Jersey Nets. Who only won 12 games and has some pieces in place. Like Terrance Williams and Brook Lopez and maybe Devin Harris. They might get the number one overall pick and have enough salary cap room to sign a free agent.

Mike Woodson teams have gotten better each year and if you think about the Nets can't be worse. Mike Woodson can help build up that team fast. They are going to be in Brooklyn and the will have one of the richest men in Russia owning the team. So you can say it will also benefit Mike Woodson (singing: money, money, money, money MONEY)!

If Woodson can turn the 12-70 Hawks around, why can't he turn the 12-70 Nets around as well?
