Howard Beck: 'NBA Is Making the Right Move' Pulling All-Star Game from Charlotte

The NBA is arguably the most progressive community of athletes and owners in North America.

Its zero-tolerance policies on issues like those in 2014 that surrounded the Los Angeles Clippers' previous owner, Donald Sterling, proves the league's acceptance of all walks of life.

The NBA showed its commitment to equality once again by pulling the All-Star game from Charlotte, North Carolina, due to a controversial transgender bill, as The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Thursday.
