There was a time when predicting a LeBron James triple-double wasn't overly challenging because he was seemingly doing it every other night.
This season has been a bit different for the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar, however. Entering Saturday's game against the New York Knicks, he had recorded only two triple-doubles, with his most recent one coming Monday.
Even though the odds may not have been great, James' teammate Kyrie Irving had a good feeling ahead of Saturday's game, which Irving sat out. So good, in fact, that he predicted the four-time NBA MVP would go off for a triple-double.
Let's take a look at James' numbers in a 107-93 victory over the Knicks:

Did Irving call that or what?
That kind of prediction is worthy of a prize—and the Cavaliers point guard made sure he got one. A game-worn jersey isn't a bad reward for having faith in a teammate.
