Stance Creates Team-Themed Socks for NBA Players to Wear During Games

Kyle NewportApr 27, 2015

A new partnership between the National Basketball Association and sock company Stance will have NBA players wearing special team-themed socks starting in the 2015-16 season.

Many players relish the opportunity to add unique style on the court. From headbands to arm sleeves to sneakers, each player has the chance to create a signature look. Now, players will be adding a little bit of style with their socks.

Per ESPN's Darren Rovell, every player in the league will be required to wear these socks during games, so Stance will have socks designed for each team. Stance will also design special socks for marquee games, such as Christmas Day games, Martin Luther King Jr. Day games and the NBA All-Star Game.
