Did LeBron James Tell Dwyane Wade They Could Reunite After Christmas Day Game?
Could LeBron James and Dwyane Wade once again be teammates in the future?
That was virtually unthinkable when James returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers this summer, but recently, some signs have emerged to make a reunion look possible.
According to a recent report by Northeast Ohio Media Group's Chris Haynes, James won't be afraid to leave Cleveland again if it's the "appropriate business decision." However, that's not the only thing that might have Cavaliers fans worried.
After the Miami Heat pulled out a 101-91 victory over the Cavaliers on Christmas Day, James and Wade embraced on the court. During that moment, James may have said something that could point to a reunion.
Listen closely to the end of the video, starting around the 2:45 mark. Here's what Reddit user yurtyybomb believes James told Wade: "Like I said, if we aren't better this year, we're gonna reunite again and do some bigger and better things, alright?"
Before the Cavs took the floor against the Milwaukee Bucks on New Year's Eve, James commented on the video, per ESPN.com's Dave McMenamin:
