The 2014 NBA Christmas Day Jerseys Are Here, and They Are Terrible
Adidas released an advanced preview Thursday of its 2014 NBA Christmas Day jerseys.
ESPN's Darren Rovell tweeted out a sneak peek of this year's Christmas duds. In keeping with the American tradition of celebrating Christ's birth with abominable fashion choices, the jerseys will feature centered logos and first-name nameplates—you know, like a stockroom employee.
Rovell's tweets showcased the Derrick Rose and John Wall iterations of the jersey.

The rest of the jerseys, including LeBron James and Stephen Curry, can be seen at the NBA's online shop.

You will never forget your favorite player's first name wearing these jerseys.

Fans and pundits are weighing in heavily on the new designs.
On the bright side, this year's casual "Just call me Derrick" design will feature 100 percent fewer sleeves than the 2013 Christmas Day jerseys.
So if you're having trouble finding a holiday gift for your forgetful friend or local Walmart greeter, you might consider picking one of these up. Or you can just wait for 2015's Christmas Day gear, which may or may not be a full-body onesie with posterior flap.
