Inside UCLA: J’Mison Morgan to UCLA FO SHO
Jill Painter of Inside UCLA has done some fine work in Brian Dohn’s stead. She talked to Ronnie Morgan, J’Mison’s brother, and he said Morgan is “planning for sure to attend UCLA next year.”
Painter also reported that J’Mison was told that LSU would indeed grant the release:
"“They haven’t made an (official) decision yet, but they say they’re going to (grant the release),” Ronnie Morgan said
"
Painter also astutely pointed out what would happen if the release was not granted:
"LSU has to grant Morgan’s release or Morgan would have to sit out a year according to NCAA transfer rules.
"
Also, UCLA cannot contact Morgan until he is officially released. More as it happens…
