What else can go wrong with the New York Knicks?
Iman Shumpert limped off the court Wednesday night against the Chicago Bulls after banging knees with Mike Dunleavy, per Al Iannazzone of Newsday:

Later it was determined Shumpert has a bruised left knee:

He remains day to day, per Iannazzone:
As Iannazzone points out, it's the same left knee he had surgery on over the summer:

Shumpert is averaging 7.3 points a game on 40 percent shooting to go along with 4.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.4 steals. So far, he's failed to improve upon what was a solid sophomore season.
However, any injury to Shumpert will hurt the Knicks' chances of getting out from the bottom of the Eastern Conference. In addition, there's also been plenty of talk that the team is looking to trade the guard at some point this season.
It will be interesting to see how this situation unfolds, both in regard to whether Shumpert's injury is serious, and what this may do to the Knicks' trade plans.
