Lamar Odom is in trouble, it would appear.

The former Los Angeles Lakers star’s life has taken a turn for the worse, according to TMZ, that reports Odom has been “deep into crack cocaine” for at least the past two years.

The website alleges that “multiple sources familiar with the situation” have confirmed Odom’s drug addiction and that he has been missing for nearly four days. Odom was last seen on Wednesday after a failed intervention by Khloe Kardashian

After rejecting the intervention, Odom and a friend loaded up his Mercedes and left the residence.

Kardashian fears her husband is on a drug bender and is worried for his health. Their marriage has been embattled for the last several months with reports of Odom’s alleged extramarital affairs

The real issue, however, appears to be crack cocaine, although other sources claim Odom is addicted to OxyContin and Ambien. Regardless of his alleged choice of drugs, Odom’s problem appears to have ramped up over the last year, spurring Kardashian to push her husband into rehab.

TMZ’s sources claim Odom checked into a rehab clinic in San Diego prior to his 2012-13 NBA season, but he checked out against his wife’s wishes after three weeks in treatment.

The Los Angeles Clippers forward managed to “clean up” enough to (somewhat) fulfill his role off the bench last season but has reportedly returned heavily into recreational drug use since becoming a free agent.

His addiction has been a closely guarded secret in his marriage, with Kris Jenner being the only member of the Kardashian clan aware of the situation until recently.

Clearly, things have been out of sorts in Odom’s life for some time, and nothing is going to get better until someone—anyone—finds him.
