Knicks' JR Smith Now Has Silky-Smooth R&B Anthem and It's Indeed "So Right"

Gabe ZaldivarPop Culture Lead WriterMarch 14, 2013

J.R. Smith now has a smooth R&B anthem to go along with that audacious confidence he has been carrying around his entire career.

Below is a song that we have every confidence will be bumping in Smith's headphones every second of every day.

All credit goes to artist Milford Jerome (h/t Complex), who does the singing of this tune that is, for lack of a better word, perfect.

Be warned that there are some potential NSFW images at the 2:32 mark

I've stated this before, but it really needs repeating: My favorite NBA players have always been the wackier characters residing in the Association.

Metta World Peace and JaVale McGee do everything in their power to divert our attention from the actual game with their antics.

Still, there is something so hilarious and completely wonderful about the "volume shooter" featured in this music video.

Simply, life is just more entertaining with the rock in Smith's hands.

It's near impossible to find a favorite part of the video which features George Karl being called boring and Smith's teammates looking on as the guard just hoists up one shot after another, "my teammates be like no, no, no, yeeesssss."

If you were ever going to make a music video that perfectly encapsulated this player, stop. There is no need because this is all we will ever need.
