Rasheed Wallace Trolls Rookie Austin Rivers with Hilarious 'Ball Don't Lie'

In a perfect world, Rasheed Wallace would never leave the NBA again. 

SportsGrid spotted one of the best moments from what is turning out to be a wonderfully entertaining basketball season. 

The magic went down with a little over three minutes left in the first quarter of the New Orleans Hornets game against the New York Knicks. Hornets rookie Austin Rivers was fouled by the Knicks Rasheed Wallace, who reacted the same way he has throughout his career when called for a foul. 

Essentially, the man has never committed one foul, ever. I don't think he has ever seen one take place either. 

When you watch the video, you can see a visibly lazy Wallace reaching in as Rivers goes to the basket. You saw it, I saw it and Rivers felt it. 

Still, Wallace has never committed a foul, so we move on. 

The rookie shoots and misses the first free throw. That's when 'Sheed decides to hit him with the hilarious, "Ball don't lie" line. 

I'm sure he was getting flack from the officials immediately after yelling the line, because you can hear him say something along the lines of, "I can yell. I didn't direct that towards nobody."

As you can see and hear, Wallace did not foul Rivers and certainly didn't shout a hilarious troll line his way. 

The NBA will be far less of a league when the man retires again. I already miss the big guy.
