As Week 4 approaches, fans have learned a great deal about the teams after seeing them play. Matchups are a lot more clear to predict now (if it's possible to predict the NFL), and some teams are set for a big Week 4 win. The first three games have given a lot of information about who the true surprises, contenders and pretenders are.

Some teams had emotional games in Week 3 and will have a letdown in Week 4, some are upset from a bad Week 3 and some are better than their Week 4 opponents.

So let's go through 10 teams who will pick up wins in Week 4.

1. Detroit Lions

The Lions travel to Dallas for a date with Tony Romo and the Cowboys on Sunday. The Lions have been impressive in their first three games with wins over Tampa Bay, Kansas City and Minnesota.

The Lions will announce their coming-out party on football's biggest stage against Dallas. Tony Romo will not be 100 percent, and after struggling against Washington, Dallas will be overmatched by Detroit.

Prediction: Lions 27, Cowboys 17

2. Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers finally notched their first win of the season last week against the Jaguars. Cam Newton has the third-most passing yards in the NFL this season, which is impressive as a rookie. After giving the Packers a hard time, the Panthers will beat another NFC North opponent.

The Bears are coming off of losses to New Orleans and Green Bay in which they didn't look good. They are a better team than Carolina, and playing at home should give them an advantage. I'm not confident in Chicago, and I expect Cam Newton will have a big day.

Prediction: Panthers 20, Bears 17

3. Cincinnati Bengals

This isn't so much about the Bengals as it is about the Bills. The Bills are coming off of arguably their biggest win in a decade with their comeback over the Patriots. The importance of this victory cannot be underestimated. This was a huge win. But doesn't this week have the makings of a let-down game?

The Bengals are coming off of an embarrassing performance against the 49ers at home. Now they play the Cinderella of the NFL and will be up to the challenge. The Bengals will win this game and surprise the NFL.

Prediction: Bengals 17, Bills 13

4. Minnesota Vikings

Although the Vikings are 0-3, they have played well in these games. They nearly upset the Chargers and then lost leads against the Bucs and Lions.

The Chiefs have been terrible. Despite playing well against San Diego in Week 3, the Chiefs were blown out in their first two games and lost their biggest offensive weapon, Jamaal Charles.

The Vikings will finally earn their first win at Arrowhead when they beat the listless Chiefs.

Prediction: Vikings 28, Chiefs 14

5. St. Louis Rams

The Rams are 0-3 and are in the midst of a dreadful seven-game stretch. The Redskins have surprised fans by going 2-1 in their first three games, with their only loss being to the Cowboys on a late field goal.

St. Louis desperately needs a win and will get it this week when the Redskins visit. With the NFC West title still within reach, the Rams will be right back in the race after they win on Sunday.

Prediction: Rams 24, Redskins 20

6. Pittsburgh Steelers

After squeaking out a win in Indianapolis, the Steelers travel down to Houston for another tough AFC matchup. The Steelers will get back to their dominating ways against the Texans who will struggle against the Steelers defense.

The Texans are coming off of a tough loss last week in New Orleans where they controlled the majority of the game. The Texans will not be ready for the Steelers and will be physically dominated by them, despite the return of Arian Foster.

Prediction: Steelers 31, Texans 13

7. Arizona Cardinals

Again, this seems like a let-down game for the Giants. The Giants came off of an emotional revenge game against the Eagles where they embarrassed Philadelphia. Now the Giants face an inferior team after a cross-country flight.

The Cardinals return home after two straight road losses. They are within reach of the NFC West title, and a win against the Giants will be huge for them if they are to be a contender in November and December.

Prediction: Cardinals 24, Giants 17

8. New England Patriots

This one isn't fair. After a meltdown against the Bills and an improbable loss after leading most of the game by a wide margin, the Patriots will be eager to face the Raiders in Oakland and erase last week's memory.

Tom Brady will pick apart the Raiders' secondary. and the Patriots will get back on track.

Expect a BIG win.

Prediction: Patriots 34, Raiders 17

9. Philadelphia Eagles

The San Francisco 49ers won a really ugly game last week against the Bengals. The offense was terrible, but the defense did the job against a weak Bengals offense.

Don't expect the same this week. The Eagles were disappointed in last week's loss to the Giants and will take out their anger on the inferior 49ers. The 49ers are a sacrificial lamb this week, and even with Michael Vick not at 100 percent, the Eagles will still have no problem.

Prediction: Eagles 24, 49ers 6

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs have won won their past two games ahead of their Monday night matchup with Indianapolis. Last week the Bucs won an ugly game with their division rivals in the Falcons. That was a big win for the Bucs.

Normally, I would say that this would be a trap game, but the Bucs will finally get national exposure by playing on Monday night so they will be ready to play.

The Colts have Curtis Painter starting at quarterback. That says enough.

I have Tampa Bay in my survivor pool.

Prediction: Bucs 27, Colts 10

Conclusion

These ten teams are in a good situation to pull out a win this week. Whether the teams get lucky because of a let-down from their opponents or the team just takes advantage of an inferior opponent, these teams could put one in the win column this week.
