Damore'ea Stringfellow Not Invited to 2017 NFL Scouting Combine
Ole Miss wide receiver Damore'ea Stringfellow was not invited to the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine, it was reported Friday.
Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reported that Stringfellow was left off the invite list due to a criminal record. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed the news.
During his time at the University of Washington in 2014, Stringfellow pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of third-degree malicious mischief for an altercation that left a woman unconscious.

The NFL instituted a rule last year banning prospects with misdemeanor or felony convictions involving violence or use of a weapon, domestic violence, sexual offense and/or sexual assault from participating in the combine.
Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon and Baylor wide receiver Ishmael Zamora also weren't invited to the combine under that rule.
Stringfellow ranked second on the Rebels last season with 716 receiving yards and six receiving touchdowns, and third with 46 receptions.
Bleacher Report's Matt Miller ranks the California native 24th among wide receivers in the 2017 draft class on his latest big board, and projected him to be selected in the fifth round of the draft by the Oakland Raiders in his new mock draft.
