Mark Sanchez Snatches Phone While Singing Backstreet Boys Karaoke
Mark Sanchez, savior of Philadelphia football and part-time pretend lifeguard, is many things.
The Sanchize is a man of the people as well as an enjoyer of Philly cheesesteaks and the finest chicken fingers NFL craft services can buy.
What he is not is a singer, as he proved at some karaoke bar in Philadelphia on Tuesday night.

Philly radio host Jon Marks (h/t Busted Coverage's Joe Kinsey) posted video of Sanchez shredding every last fiber of his vocal chords to the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way" at Yakitori Boy—a Japanese pub and karaoke joint in the City of Brotherly Love.
According to Marks, a man named Marquis recorded video of the performance before Sanchez swiped his phone mid-screech.

Marquis called in to 97.5 The Fanatic on Wednesday morning and explained what led up to the phone-snatching. He says he was on his way to the bathroom when Sanchez pulled him over to sing. The duet lasted until Marquis tried to record video of Sanchez, who grabbed his phone and hid it:
"So I'm going to the bathroom, and...Mark Sanchez is singing... He pulls me over...and we're singing, as you can see in the video, we're singing the Backstreet Boys song. ... So I pull my phone out like "Oh my God, this is a Kodak moment. Let me get this phone out." ... He snatched the phone out of my hand!
"
Marquis says a runaround ensued, with Sanchez refusing to give the phone back and saying he gave it to the wait staff. At long last, Sanchez returned the goods and left with Riley Cooper (who reportedly threw down a solid rendition of Big Sean's "IDFWU").
So, was Sanchez's singing really that bad, Marquis?
"It was awful. ... It was like, 'Stick to football,' but not even that, because he can't do that right either," Marquis said.
Ohhhhh.
Dan is on Twitter. Ain't nothing but a heartache/butt fumble.
