While his chemistry with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has aided his fantasy value, it hasn't necessarily done wonders for Roethlisberger's fantasy stock. The quarterback remains a very nice QB2 to have on your bench and a player worth gambling on in certain weeks, but he simply isn't consistent enough through the air to rely on as a top option.
This week certainly would have been a good one to give him a start, however, especially if you had a player like Peyton Manning or Russell Wilson on bye. Here's what Big Ben did on Sunday:

And it doesn't help Roethlisberger's value that the Steelers have a talented runner in Le'Veon Bell they'll continue to feed the ball to.
In Pittsburgh's offense, the only must-start players for fantasy owners are Brown and Bell. Big Ben will have some big weeks, but not with enough regularity to consider him a weekly QB1.
