Brady will be taking on the Philadelphia Eagles this week, and he is in line to have a great game against Juan Castillo's defense. The Patriots pass offense is still the best in the NFL, despite the fact they've slowed down over the past few weeks.
The adjustments have been made and Brady responded against a great defensive game plan from Romeo Crennel last week for 234 yards and two TDs. This week, I expect Brady to go over 300 yards and throw for at least two TDs as the Eagles overcompensate to stop the run, which is their Achilles' heel.
Here are three other quarterbacks who will go off this week:
The Packers offense is the best in the NFL, but Aaron Rodgers will carry a little more with his arm than usual as James Starks may very well miss this matchup.
Therefore, Rodgers could have a game in which he attempts 50 passes, and that means a huge stat output.
The NFL Rookie of the Year will have another strong performance this week. The Colts have been awful all season, and the defensive side of the ball is no exception. They are 31st against the run and 22nd against the pass. Newton should throw for two and run for one TD in this game.
Opposing QBs have a rating of 109.7 against the Colts this year. Ouch.
Eli and the Giants will miss Ahmad Bradshaw, as he will almost certainly miss the game or be limited. Manning has a plethora of weapons in his receivers and especially TE Jake Ballard.
The Saints pass defense has been vulnerable all year long. They are ranked 19th against the pass and have surrendered the third most pass plays of 40 yards or more with seven.
Manning to Victor Cruz has become a popular big play combination and should continue on Monday night.
