For those of you who want to play against Frank Caliendo, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Michael Strahan, and Jimmy Johnson, just go to the Fox Sports website and play Frank's picks. Also, make sure to tune in and watch the FOX NFL Sunday Pregame show that starts at 12 p.m. ET.

I'm sorry that I didn't do an article on my picks last week, I just never got around to doing it.

I was 2-2 last week.

I picked the Lions over the Falcons, Bears over the Bucs, Jets over the Chargers, and Washington over the Panthers.

I really came close to picking the Falcons, but I couldn't bring myself to do it, and I lost that one. I think Chicago is better than most people give them credit for, and I am a Packers fan! Jay Cutler doesn't get enough respect, and Brian Urlacher is one of the best linebackers to ever play the game.

The Bucs are getting better, but they aren't there yet. For the Jets vs Chargers, it was in my opinion Rex Ryan versus Norv Turner, and nine times out of 10, Ryan is going to win. I can't explain picking Washington, to be honest with you.

And here are this week's picks.

Vikings vs. Panthers

Both teams are starting rookie quarterbacks; it may not feel like it because of the way Cam Newton is playing right now. Christian Ponder seems to give the team a spark, and that is exactly what they didn't have when Donovan McNabb was starting.  This will be a close game...very close.

My Pick: Vikings

Lions vs. Broncos

Detroit has let me down the past two games, and I could pick against them if it were another good team, but the team they are facing is bad.

Tim Tebow is the one of the most overrated athletes ever. I thought he was overrated in college, and now fans are putting up billboards for a third-string quarterback to start, John Fox gave in to the fans and now everybody is like, "See, we told you!"

It's ridiculous! I think he could be a great player at another position, but not quarterback, and you will probably see that on Sunday.

My Pick: Lions

Redskins vs. Bills

I think that this will be a good game, John Beck is playing well. Even though the Bills have been playing well, I don't know how good they will be after their bye against Mike Shanahan and the Redskins.

My Pick: Redskins

My upset pick: Steelers over the Patriots
