Cleveland trades 1st round pick to Minnesota for a 1st, 2nd, and 4th round picks. Minnesota would like to move up so they can replace Brett Favre with this pick.
Cleveland trades Shaun Rogers to Indianapolis for a 3rd round pick. The Colts could use a big DT. Shaun Rogers helps out a need for them.
Cleveland trades Jerome Harrison to Green Bay for a 2nd round pick. Green Bay needs a runningback and Jerome Harrison fills a need.
Cleveland trades 2nd round pick from Green Bay to Buffalo for a 3rd and 4th round pick. Buffalo needs impact players, so they'll need to trade up here to grab one.
Cleveland trades Brian Robiskie, Chansi Stuckey, and Carlton Mitchell to Washington for a 2nd round pick. Washington needs depth at wide receiver. So they get it here.

Round 1- AJ Green, WR Georgia
Round 2- Mike Pouncey, OG Florida
Round 2- Mark Herzlich, OLB Boston College
Round 2- Ahmad Black, S Florida
Round 3- Clint Boling, OT Georgia
Round 3- Jarvis Jenkins, DT Clemson
Round 3- Shareece Wright, CB USC
Round 4- Terrance Toliver, WR LSU
Round 4- Wayne Daniels, OLB TCU
Round 4- Phil Taylor, DT/NT Baylor
Round 5- John Bynes, ILB Auburn
Round 6- Jerrod Johnson, QB Texas A&M
Round 7- Armon Binns, WR Cincinnati

Ahmad Black will replace Abram Elam at starting SS. Wayne Daniels, Mark Herzlich, and Josh Bynes will add much needed help at linebacker. Sheldon Brown is getting old and they need more depth at corner so Shareece Wright adds depth and could replace Sheldon Brown in the future. AJ Green, Terrance Toliver, and Armon Binns replaces Brian Robiskie, Chansi Stuckey, and Carlton Mitchell. It also add size and potential to the Browns WR corp. Jarvis Jenkins adds size to the DL. He'll be moved to play DE. Phil Taylor replaces Shaun Rogers. The right side of the OL improves with guard Mike Pouncey and tackle Clint Boling.

The big picture is that the Browns gain more talent at WR, bigger DL, more talent at LB, better secondary, better OL, and an interesting QB battle.
