Denver Broncos' Fans, Tired of Reading About Tim Tebow? Then Stop
Finally, I am going to lay out the obvious.
An article titled, "Tim Tebow Looks Great On His Night Out At Dinner," gets five times as much attention from fans as an article titled, "How The Broncos Won A Tight, Overtime Thriller Led By Josh McDaniels And Kyle Orton Against (Insert Opponent) To Save Their Season." And predictably following along with this trend, Broncos' fans are doing a mixture of contradictory things.
They are complaining about the quantity and quality of Tim Tebow articles on Bleacher Report, which frankly folks, can't extend past the "I don't like Tim Tebow" or "I do like Tim Tebow" themes by much (the guy isn't even playing) while simultaneously reading only those articles.

So, finally, please, end this madness and stop reading them.
As columnists we generally prefer writing about other things. I, for one, love writing about the Broncos' developing players or their team history. I also enjoy writing pieces on the veteran leaders. But those articles will get 500 or maybe 1,000 reads.
You, as fans, simply do not like to read them. For some reason, Tebow's dinner choices are far more fascinating to you.
A guy who writes on this website, who everyone knows by now so I won't bother naming him, earned substantially more than 100,000 reads by copy/pasting the same, poorly-written gibberish about Tim Tebow into new articles over and over again. Most of his articles were 20-page slide shows with each slide topping 50 incomprehensible paragraphs. It was mind-boggling, but fans clicked on his work every single time he posted a new piece.
And during that time, anyone trying to write good articles about the Denver Broncos had their work drowned out by the Tebow flair. They still do.
Personally, I like the guy. I didn't think I would, but after watching him during the preseason, I think he might make a decent NFL quarterback one day. But for now, that is literally the end of the Tim Tebow story. Kyle Orton is playing too well for Tebow to have any relevance this year.
So if you want the Denver Broncos commentary on Bleacher Report to return to being semi-intelligent, stop clicking on Tim Tebow articles.
You certainly won't be offending me, and I doubt you'll be offending any of the other featured columnists. We're all getting tired of writing about a guy who has taken three snaps in the NFL.
But until the number of reads on Tebow topics goes down, or the number of reads on other Broncos related topics goes up (preferably a combination of both), you're going to continue to get the same, steady flow of "I like/dislike Tim Tebow because..." articles.
So now that you know how it works, make your choice.
