The Bills have talent but a lot of holes to fill. I think taking 2 steps back should actually help. First thing to do is to make many trades to build up this year's draft. Since I think that this year's draft is loaded with talent. I decided to also trade some of the 2012 draft pick later in the article.

Scenario 1

What if the Bills do get the number all overall pick. This is what I would do. Trade Lee Evans, Steve Johnson, Donald Jones, Roscoe Parrish, Ed Wang, Fred Jackson, and 2012 4th round pick to St. Louis for a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th round pick. Trade Aaron Maybin and Marcus Stroud to Seattle for a 1st and 5th round pick. Trade 1st overall pick to Jacksonville for a 1st and 2nd round pick. Trade Drayton Florence, 7th round pick, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and a 2012 6th round pick to Oakland for a 5th and 6th round pick. Trade 2nd round from St. Louis to Baltimore for a 2nd and 3rd round pick. Trade Demetrius Bell and 2 6th round picks to Cleveland for a 3rd round pick. Trade 2nd round pick from Jacksonville to New England for a 2nd and 3rd round pick.  Trade 3rd round pick to San Diego for a 3rd and 4th round. Trade 4th and 2012 5th round pick to Arizona for a 4th, 5th, and 6th round pick. Trade 5th round pick to Washington for a 5th and 6th round pick. Trade Kyle Williams and 6th round pick to San Francisco for a 4th round pick.
