NFL Scores Week 16: AFC, NFC Playoff Picture, Standings and Results
On a Christmas Eve packed with NFL action, it can be easy to lose track of playoff standings and top fantasy performers. Consider this space your early gift.
Here you'll find up-to-the-minute playoff standings and top fantasy performers from each game as results come pouring in Saturday.
If your team is still in the fantasy playoffs and you have one or more of the guys listed below, you're feeling festive. If you've been eliminated in your league but your real-life team is in the postseason hunt, you still have reason for holiday cheer.
If neither of those scenarios applies to you, at least there's always next year. Maybe your resolution should be a stronger draft.

Notable Week 16 Performers

What was seen as an up-and-down season for a while is now nothing but up for Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Since his now-famous "run the table" comment on November 23, Green Bay is 5-0. Rodgers has a passer rating of 119.8 during that stretch.
On Sunday, he was particularly ridiculous, going 28-of-38 for 347 yards and four touchdowns. And as if that wasn't enough, he also ran for a score, as seen in this video from the NFL:
This charge led by Rodgers not only has the once 4-6 Packers thinking postseason, but it may have put the quarterback in the MVP race, according to Pro Football Talk:
When he has one or two games that aren't up to his standards, it's easy to take Rodgers for granted. This recent stretch has been a reminder of just how good he can be.
Kirk Cousins

Another quarterback who's been lighting up fantasy football scoreboards this season is the Washington Redskins' Kirk Cousins.
On Saturday, he not only completed 18 of 29 passes for 270 yards and one touchdown, but he also ran for two scores and broke Washington's single-season record for completions, per the team's Twitter account:
Cousins' future with Washington remains up in the air, and the consistent, productive play he's shown this year will make him a hot commodity in free agency.

Rodgers' favorite target Saturday, as it often is, was wide receiver Jordy Nelson. The two connected for 154 yards and two touchdowns and broke a franchise record in the process, per NFL on ESPN:
With the legendary career Brett Favre had in Green Bay, it's hard to fathom Rodgers is already breaking some of his records. But the immense receiving talent of Nelson has helped Rodgers do just that.
It was on display plenty in Week 16, including on this touchdown strike shared by NFL Network:
Running the table may have seemed crazy, or at least unlikely, when Rodgers said it. But with this duo clicking, the Packers are suddenly just one win away from turning the prediction to prophecy.
Tyrod Taylor

The Buffalo Bills may have lost a 34-31 overtime thriller to the Miami Dolphins, but it's tough to blame quarterback Tyrod Taylor.
Taylor was 26-of-39 for 329 yards and three touchdowns and also ran for 60 more yards. The NFL on Twitter shared one of his scores:

It's been a rocky season for the Bills, but Taylor and running back LeSean McCoy have generally been bright spots. Retooling around those two should give Buffalo a chance to compete for a playoff spot next season.
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson put on a show in his team's 34-31 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, completing 29-of-45 passes for 350 yards and four touchdowns.
The NFL shared video of one of Wilson's scoring strikes to Jimmy Graham:
Wilson would likely prefer to have had his big performance come in a winning effort, but he can take solace in the fact that the Seahawks already have the NFC West wrapped up.
