Oakland Raiders Earn Controversial Win over Houston Texans in Mexico
- "Was Hopkins out of bounds on that play?" Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien asked of a play that was called back, per NFL.com. "No. So like, look, I'm not going to sit up here and get fined, I'm just a third-year coach in the NFL. But I think we really got to look at all of those things. You know, we got all of these cameras, and we can't get that right."

Andrew Luck Enters NFL's Concussion Protocol
- According to Mike Chappell of CBS 4, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has entered the NFL's concussion protocol following an injury suffered on Sunday. His status for Week 12 has yet to be announced.

- Oklahoma State Cowboys defensive end Cole Walterscheid was arrested Sunday for public intoxication, per Nathan Ruiz of the O'Colly.

- "He's healthy. He's been our starter," New York Jets head coach Todd Bowles said of starting Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback, per Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. "We can do more things with him. I don't give away jobs."

Bruce Arians Hospitalized
- Adam Schefter of ESPN and Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported that Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians had been hospitalized since Sunday. Arians' wife, Christine, posted on Facebook, "Bruce is OK. Will be back to work soon," per Kent Somers of AZCentral.com.
