Week 4 NFL Picks: Vegas Odds, Spreads, Predictions and Prop Bets Advice
The New York Jets played an awful game in Week 3, as they went to Kansas City and played giveaway with the Chiefs in a 24-3 loss.
Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who had been brilliant the week before against the Buffalo Bills, threw six interceptions against the Chiefs. As a result, the Jets lost any chance at picking up their second win of the season.
In Week 4, the Jets return to MetLife Stadium to face a strong defensive team in the Seattle Seahawks, and if Fitzpatrick and the rest of the offense couldn't find the end zone against the Chiefs, it could be even more difficult against Michael Bennett, Bobby Wagner and Richard Sherman.
However, the Jets have a talented team despite their showing in Kansas City, and that includes Fitzpatrick, who has thrown for 751 yards and three touchdowns. He has a versatile running back in Matt Forte, who has rushed for 261 yards and three touchdowns, and a pair of wideouts in Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker, who are both capable of getting into the end zone.
The Seahawks are coming off a one-sided victory over the San Francisco 49ers at home, but their only road game this season was a loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Additionally, quarterback Russell Wilson has an MCL sprain that could limit his mobility throughout the game.
Since the Jets have a potentially devastating pass rush that includes Muhammad Wilkerson, Sheldon Richardson and Leonard Williams, this will be a key issue throughout the game.
The Jets appear to have one of their better teams in recent years, but they're going to have to prove it this week by bouncing back against the Seahawks after their disappointment in Kansas City. The Seahawks are 2.5-point road favorites, according to Odds Shark, but we like the home underdog to get the win and the cover.

It's becoming clearer every week that head coach Jack Del Rio does not have the same old Oakland Raiders on his hands this year.
The Raiders have won two of their first three games this season, and the effort has been there every week. While they dropped their only home game in Week 2 to the Atlanta Falcons, the Raiders put 28 points on the board in that game and lost by just seven.
The Raiders will be 3.5-point underdogs when they travel to Baltimore on Sunday, and while the Ravens are undefeated, Oakland's skill-position players appear to be on a roll.
Quarterback Derek Carr appears to be approaching his peak in his third season, and he has completed 66.9 percent of his passes for 867 yards with an impressive 5-1 ratio of touchdowns to interceptions. The running game appears fairly balanced with Latavius Murray, Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington sharing the load.
Wideout Amari Cooper is a valuable downfield weapon, and Michael Crabtree is a dependable No. 2 receiver. Unheralded tight end Clive Walford is becoming a factor as well.
The road matchup against the undefeated Ravens will not be easy, but Baltimore has its own issues. If the Raiders can keep pass-rusher Terrell Suggs (3.0 sacks) from getting to Carr consistently, this game should go down to the wire and won't be decided by more than a field goal. The Raiders have an excellent chance at coming away with the point-spread cover.
The Denver Broncos are off to a surprising 3-0 start, and they should have an excellent shot at extending their unbeaten streak Sunday, when they travel to Tampa Bay.
The excellence of the Broncos defense is a given, and Von Miller is most likely causing a lot of sleepless nights for quarterback Jameis Winston.

Winston has all the tools to become a top-notch NFL quarterback, and he had a strong rookie season in 2015. While he got himself into excellent shape in the offseason, he has thrown six interceptions in the first three games and is pressing.
His overall production is strong, with 929 yards and eight touchdowns, but the turnovers have been troublesome, and the Broncos clearly have the talent to take advantage.
The surprising thing for the Broncos has been the play of quarterback Trevor Siemian. He is coming off a four-touchdown performance on the road against a strong Cincinnati team, and he is a smart and confident leader.
The Broncos are three-point road favorites in this game, and while the Bucs will stay with them for 30 minutes, the Broncos will take control in the second half and win by a touchdown or more.
Prop Bet
The race for Offensive Rookie of the Year honors is on, and handicappers have the opportunity to get paid if they can make the right selection.
As the calendar turns to October, Philadelphia quarterback Carson Wentz and Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott are the co-favorites through the early part of the season.
Wentz and the Eagles are undefeated, and few thought Philadelphia would get off to such a sharp start. Their rookie quarterback has completed nearly 65 percent of his passes, with a 5-0 ratio of touchdowns to interceptions.
Elliott is running with power and determination for the Cowboys, and he is coming off a 140-yard effort against the Chicago Bears in Week 3.
A successful $100 wager on Wentz or Elliott would return a profit of $175.
Elliott's teammate Dak Prescott is the third choice for the award at 5-1, while New York Giants wideout Sterling Shepard is listed at 7-1. Here are the rest of Odds Shark's choices for the OROY award.
