NFL Predictions Week 15: Top Odds Picks for Every Game on the Schedule
The 2015 NFL season has devolved into the year of the toss-up, but Week 15 is littered with potential blowouts.
When most teams are either average, slightly below average or slightly above average, coin-flip battles will frequently populate the schedule. Some of those exist this weekend. Take the Buffalo Bills at the Washington Redskins, a perennial "Who knows?" showdown with even odds as of Tuesday morning, per Odds Shark.
Look around the rest of the league, and things could get ugly. The NFL's best and hottest teams are gifted cupcake matchups against befuddled and battered opponents with little chance of amounting an upset.

New York Jets (-2.5) at Dallas Cowboys

Key offensive injuries have derailed the Dallas Cowboys' season, but their defense remains competent. Unlike the Tennessee Titans, they won't forget how to tackle as Bilal Powell waltzes into the end zone or neglect to cover Brandon Marshall on a 69-yard touchdown run. Their No. 9-ranked defense will actually make an effort to stop the New York Jets' No. 9 offense.
Yet, the Cowboys didn't have the most productive weekend either. The Green Bay Packers' ground game manhandled them during a 28-7 victory, gaining 230 rushing yards. They have now created a giant target for a suddenly potent Jets offense to attack.
They're no longer dependent on the run, as quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has amassed nine touchdowns and no interceptions over the last three games. He has thrown over a pick per game over his career, but his carefulness should continue against a Cowboys defense last in takeaways:
| 32 | Dallas Cowboys | 8 |
| T31 | Baltimore Ravens | 11 |
| T31 | San Francisco 49ers | 11 |
| 29 | San Diego Chargers | 13 |
Expect a heavy dose of Chris Ivory, who snapped out of a midseason funk with his first 100-yard rushing game since Week 6. Finally healthy and given a regular role, the 27-year-old bruiser has compiled a career-high 914 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.
While the Jets haven't scored fewer than 17 points in a game this season, the Cowboys average 17.7 points per contest, the third fewest ahead of the San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams. Replacement quarterback Matt Cassel has 1,239 passing yards through seven games, failing to produce a passing play of at least 20 yards in three of those six losses.
Star cornerback Darrelle Revis will shadow wide receiver Dez Bryant, whose big-play abilities have gone to waste alongside a checkdown passer. The Jets shouldn't have much trouble putting Dallas out of its misery on Saturday night.
Kansas City Chiefs (-9) at Baltimore Ravens

No team is hotter than the Kansas City Chiefs, who procured their seventh straight victory by besting the San Diego Chargers. As noted by ESPN Stats & Info, their playoff odds have skyrocketed from bleak to probable:
Such a high percentage seems strange given the Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers match their 8-5 record. Someone will have to go home and watch an 8-8 AFC South winner play postseason football. A quick peek at Kansas City's schedule, however, offers some clarity:
| 15 | at Baltimore Ravens | 4-9 |
| 16 | vs. Cleveland Browns | 3-10 |
| 17 | vs. Oakland Raiders | 6-7 |
Kansas City didn't put its best foot forward against San Diego, committing eight penalties, surrendering a rare two turnovers and allowing three fourth-down conversions. Yet it still limited a dangerous offense to 280 yards and three points.
"If you're going to be a good football team, you've got to win games like this," Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told ESPN.com's Adam Teicher. "We've found ways to lose games like this."
The Baltimore Ravens are ripe for the picking. Along with amassing an NFL-worst four picks, they have relinquished the third-highest quarterback rating (101.3). Without Joe Flacco, Justin Forsett and Steve Smith Sr., they have mustered one touchdown over their past two games, unsurprisingly both losses.
Even after Week 14's offensive hiccup, the Chiefs have plotted 29.1 points per game during their winning streak, so don't expect another low-scoring brawl. All things considered, a nine-point spread is generous to Baltimore.
Seattle Seahawks (-16) vs. Cleveland Browns

Sixteen points. That's the highest point discrepancy this week, narrowly edging out the New England Patriots' 15.5-point spread over the Tennessee Titans. The Seattle Seahawks will have little trouble beating the Cleveland Browns if they score 16 points, but don't expect such a tame tally.
Seattle has scored 173 points over its last five games, attaining its last two victories by a combined 60 points. Russell Wilson is enjoying one of the greatest stretches of quarterback play ever, as documented by NFL's Twitter feed:
According to ESPN.com's Bill Barnwell, his 145.9 quarterback rating over those games is the highest clip ever in such a sample size. Pro Football Focus chimed in with a tidbit regarding Wilson's staggering precision:
The Browns have surrendered the fifth-highest quarterback rating (100.3) and second-most yards per pass attempt (8.1). They will also miss their secondary's star, as NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported the end to Joe Haden's season:
Only the San Francisco 49ers, whom the Browns defeated in Week 14, holster a worse point differential than their minus-117 point clip. They have already suffered five losses of over 16 points, so another one at Seattle against the sizzling Seahawks hardly seems far-fetched.
