Ball Reportedly Headed to New England

Ball has been signed to the Patriots' practice squad, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Mike Reiss of ESPN reported the Patriots, who recently lost LeGarrette Blount to an injury, have already set up a locker for Ball at the team facility.

According to ESPN's Field Yates, the Green Bay Packers gave Ball a tryout Friday after their miracle 27-23 win over the Detroit Lions on Thursday.
Ball Running Out of Chances in NFL
The former Wisconsin standout is still young enough to have upside in the NFL. It's just on him to put in the work and find the right situation that will allow him to succeed.
While a spot on a practice squad may not be what the former second-round pick was looking for, it presents an opportunity for him to prove he can still contribute to a team.
