Cleveland Indians Mascot Poses for Photos in Hopes of Making ESPN Body Issue

Twenty-four athletes took part in ESPN The Magazine's 2015 Body Issue, but for whatever reason, there were no mascots included in the feature.

That doesn't mean that no mascot was willing to show off his or her physique, however.

Cleveland Indians mascot Slider appears to be pretty disappointed that he was not asked to take part in the Body Issue. He has responded by shedding his jersey and posing for photos wearing just an Indians hat and sneakers, which can be seen on TribeVibe.

Although ESPN may not have been interested, Sports Illustrated appears to be impressed by Slider's photos:

We'll have to wait until February to see if Slider makes the cut for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.
