Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mock Draft: Updated Day 3 Predictions
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers still have five picks remaining for Day 3 on Saturday of the NFL draft. The club has its quarterback and two offensive linemen.
Through 10 rounds of the NFL draft, the Bucs have not drafted a defensive player, under the direction of general manager Jason Licht and head coach Lovie Smith.
That is likely to change today, as the Bucs will probably look for defensive line help and maybe some assistance in the secondary.

Round 4
3 of 6
No. 128: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
If he is here in the fourth round, the Bucs may have to bypass yet another defensive player for this wideout. Greene would be too good to pass up in this spot.
He is fast, has good hands and doesn't have to work too hard to get on the same page as the Bucs' new quarterback—Jameis Winston. Greene was Winston's favorite receiver.
With the ability to return kicks and possibly come in and become the third receiver, Greene would be a solid pick here.
Round 5
4 of 6
No. 162: Za'Darius Smith, DE, Kentucky
The Bucs could still use some help at defensive end, and Smith may be the guy to provide that help.
A former basketball player, Smith is athletic and another effort-type guy. He was selected as Defensive MVP of the East-West Shrine Game.
He would provide the Bucs with depth on the line.
Round 6
5 of 6
No. 184: Bryce Callahan, CB, Rice
The Bucs struggled at the nickel corner position last season. There will be competition in the secondary, with Mike Jenkins and Sterling Moore returning, as well as Leonard Johnson and Isaiah Frey.
Callahan can come in and challenge for the nickel spot. He is quick and around the ball.
He is also versatile enough to play outside if needed.
Round 7
6 of 6
No. 218: Blake Bell, TE, Oklahoma
Bell hasn't been a tight end that long (he entered Oklahoma as a quarterback), but he is athletic.
He has worked on his blocking and has good hands.
Bell would provide depth for a Tampa Bay team that had trouble with depth at that position a year ago.
No. 231: Anthony Chickillo, DE, Miami
Chickillo could be a diamond in the rough.
After four tough years at Miami, there are still some qualities he has that could appeal to teams, like his nonstop motor and work ethic.
He could provide the Bucs depth at the position while not feeling pressured to produce immediately.
