NFL Draft Order 2015: Complete Selection List and Mock Draft for 1st Round
Where can I find the full 2015 NFL draft order? What about a first-round mock draft? Who is the top player likely to be taken? What will happen at No. 2? Who needs to really crush this draft? Which players have the hardest draft stock to project?
The first two questions are easy enough to answer, as you can find each below. As for the last two, I'll take a stab at answering them as I preview the first round of the NFL draft.

Analysis
Obviously, the first two picks will set the rest of the board. And it seems fairly obvious that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take a quarterback with the top overall pick—more than likely Jameis Winston. So the real intrigue settles on the No. 2 selection and the Tennessee Titans.
I don't know if Marcus Mariota will go to the Titans or a different team at No. 2, but I'm sold on him being drafted second overall. And let's be honest for a moment—if you were the Titans, whom would you rather have for the next decade: Mariota or Zach Mettenberger?
Throw away scheme fit and coaching preferences for a moment. Franchises need franchise quarterbacks, and the Titans have the chance to draft one at No. 2 whether Mariota or Winston is available. Is hoping that Mettenberger can be the guy worth passing up that opportunity?
I say it isn't, which is why I believe Mariota will be the second pick whether the Titans keep the pick or not. I do believe it's more likely they trade the pick to the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns or San Diego Chargers (with Philip Rivers going the other way), however.
One last thing on Mariota. If I'm the Bucs, I know I can trust him as a reliable, hardworking player who won't cause issues off the field. I'm not so sure I could say the same for Winston. If the Bucs have Mariota and Winston graded fairly evenly and feel Mariota fits the system, he should be the pick. He's just safer in that regard.
No two teams are under more pressure to crush the first round than the Cleveland Browns and the New Orleans Saints. Part of that is because each team has two first-round picks, sure, but it goes deeper than that.
The Browns are a team in disarray. They have some good players in place but have huge holes in other areas, namely wide receiver. They have a quarterback in Johnny Manziel who didn't show much in limited action last year and has spent a portion of this offseason in rehab. And then there are the team's recent first-round draft picks who, to this point, haven't exactly lived up to expectations:
- 2014: Justin Gilbert and Manziel
- 2013: Barkevious Mingo
- 2012: Trent Richardson and Brandon Weeden
That's a rough track record. Richardson and Weeden aren't even on the team anymore. Mingo has a total of seven sacks in his two seasons with the team. Gilbert and Manziel had rough rookie seasons.
There are good pieces in place for Cleveland, but it really needs to crush this draft.
So too does New Orleans, especially after trading Jimmy Graham to the Seattle Seahawks. The Saints are in an NFC South division that didn't have a single team with a winning record last year, so a playoff spot isn't out of the question for the team. Still, the Saints need to add young talent who can contribute immediately.
Randy Gregory and Dorial Green-Beckham remain two of the more intriguing talents in this draft. Some teams have probably taken Gregory off their boards given his failed drug test at the NFL Scouting Combine, but he remains the best pure pass-rusher in this class. Maybe he'll drop, but it wouldn't be surprising if he was still a top-10 pick.
As for Green-Beckham, he's such an intriguing prospect, and it's unlikely he'll slide out of the first round. He has so much natural ability and certainly looks the part of a No. 1 receiver at the next level. I'd expect a team with a strong veteran presence to take him under its wing, and if he drops all the way to No. 32, the New England Patriots could roll the dice.
