
Richard Sherman, Tom Brady React to Malcolm Butler's Game-Sealing Interception
Just a couple of plays after falling victim to one of the craziest plays in Super Bowl history, New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler came up with a game-sealing interception.
With the Seattle Seahawks trailing 28-24 in the final minute of the game and facing a 2nd-and-goal from the New England 1-yard line, Butler jumped a route and picked off Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson's pass at the goal line.
The interception got totally different reactions out of Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady:
It was a great play by Butler to come up with the interception, but many wondered why the Seahawks—who had one timeout remaining—didn't feed running back Marshawn Lynch, a.k.a. Beast Mode.

A former teammate of Lynch's, Detroit Lions receiver Golden Tate, didn't understand why Beast Mode didn't get the ball with the championship on the line:
