NFL Schedule Week 17: TV Coverage Map, Start Times and Live Stream Info
There are plenty of games on the NFL’s Week 17 schedule with playoff implications, so you better find out how to watch the one you care about the most.
Between the AFC North showdown between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Pittsburgh Steelers, the NFC South clash between the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers and the NFC North matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions, division titles hang in the balance in the final week.
What’s more, first-round byes in each conference are still at stake.

NFC North Title Clash: Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers
It’s hard to script a game between two teams that already clinched the playoffs with more at stake than the Week 17 clash featuring the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers.
The winner gets a first-round bye in the playoffs and home-field advantage in the divisional round, while the loser has to go on the road in the Wild Card Round with an uphill battle to reach the Super Bowl.
Interestingly, the Packers have beaten the Lions in the last 22 matchups at Lambeau Field. However, one of the early-season stunners this year happened when Detroit knocked off Green Bay to the tune of 19-7. The vaunted Packers offense racked up 223 total yards in the loss, and it set the stage for the Lions to dominate on the defensive side for the rest of the year.
It is certainly a good thing the defense has been so good because the offense has struggled away from home.
The Lions are 20th in total offense on the road, largely because Matthew Stafford has posted a measly 72.8 quarterback rating away from home. What’s more, the offense will be without center Dominic Raiola because of a suspension for his unsportsmanlike conduct penalty in Week 16.
It will be the first time in Stafford’s regular-season career that he takes snaps from someone else, which will be a problem, as ESPN Stats & Info noted:
There is also no reason to expect any type of help from the rushing attack for Stafford considering it is 27th in the league in rushing yards per game. Both Reggie Bush and Joique Bell average less than four yards per carry and aren't going to suddenly become effective in the final week.
Green Bay’s defense is certainly not among the league’s top-five units, but it is 12th in the NFL in scoring defense and 10th against the pass. It should be able to at least contain Stafford and company in Sunday’s matchup.
If the Lions are going to win, it will be behind their defense that ranks second in the league in total defense, second in points per game and first against the run.
However, the Packers have posted 41.1 points per game and 425.6 yards per game at home, while Aaron Rodgers has totaled a ridiculous 132.6 quarterback rating in those seven contests at Lambeau.
The running game has also found its groove with at least 110 rushing yards in nine of the past 10 games. Running back Eddie Lacy discussed the progress, per STATS LLC, via ESPN.com: “It just clicked, and you don’t question it, you just continue to roll with it.”
The Packers are seventh in the league in passing offense and 11th in rushing offense with talent all over the field. Lacy has more than 1,000 yards on the ground, while Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb both have over 1,200 receiving yards and double-digit touchdown catches.
The Lions defense has been spectacular all season, but the Packers offense has been dominant at home. What’s more, the Detroit offense is going to have trouble putting up points, especially with the loss of Raiola.
Look for Rodgers and Nelson to connect for a critical second-half touchdown. The Lions will not be able to answer.
