2015 NFL Draft Order: Full List of 1st-Round Picks for Every Team
Now that the regular season is coming to an end, a fair amount of the 2015 NFL draft order is set in stone.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans are at the top of the board at 2-14, and both are in need of a franchise quarterback. Whether both teams go that route remains to be seen, but the premium placed on the position will warrant serious consideration to pick accordingly.
Although the first round of the draft doesn't start until April 30 in Chicago, it's still worth looking ahead at the top potential storylines that will make the offseason spectacle as exciting as ever.
A breakdown of those storylines will follow the complete list of selections for all 32 teams below.

Top 2015 NFL Draft Storylines
Marcus Mariota vs. Jameis Winston
This is the burning question that will test talent evaluators at the top of the draft. It could also make or break the course of a franchise. While Marcus Mariota seems like a dynamic dual-threat prototype, he comes from a simple spread system at Oregon.
Meanwhile, there are plenty of red flags surrounding Jameis Winston away from the field. But he has won a national title, matched Mariota with a Heisman Trophy and comes from a pro-style Florida State offense. That creates quite a dilemma for such a sizable investment.
ESPN's Skip Bayless went a bit further in evaluating the strengths of the 2015 draft's top signal-callers:
The MMQB's Peter King has interesting insight on what is being said in NFL circles about Mariota's prospects of succeeding in the pros:
As for Winston, it's pretty evident that he's in his element with the game on the line:
Mariota has a strong chance of getting the nod for the No. 1 overall pick due to his cleaner reputation, not to mention the immense upside he has if and when he does get a grasp on an NFL playbook.
But the biggest test for both has yet to arrive. Jan. 1's Rose Bowl will be an indicator of who can rise to the occasion on the College Football Playoff stage. An epic duel between Mariota and Winston would make the choice even harder, as would be the case if Winston outplays his Oregon counterpart.
The Year of the Running Back?

After two years in which no running backs were chosen in the first round, it appeared Georgia's Todd Gurley would snap that spell. Then Gurley tore his ACL in November upon returning from a four-game suspension.
Due to how talented he is, there is still a chance Gurley goes in the first round. Bleacher Report's Jason Cole heard this through the grapevine:
Georgia head coach Mark Richt agreed that Gurley will still come off the board early despite the major injury, via Marc Weiszer of OnlineAthens.com:
Wisconsin's Heisman Trophy finalist, Melvin Gordon, will also warrant consideration. His production on its own from 2014—2,336 yards rushing and 26 touchdowns on the ground—is staggering.
A couple of other Big Ten studs are worth a look in the first round as well.
Nebraska standout Ameer Abdullah and even Indiana's Tevin Coleman both have traits that translate well to the NFL level. And both could make those in need pay if they're passed over in the first 32 picks.
Abdullah rushed for 1,611 yards and 19 touchdowns, averaging an impressive 6.1 yards per carry. Coleman ran for over 2,000 yards, is a capable pass-catcher out of the backfield and has breakaway speed. That combination should be coveted by NFL teams despite Coleman coming from a rather unheralded Hoosiers program.
Other prospects to monitor at the running back position are Duke Johnson of Miami (Florida), Alabama star T.J. Yeldon and South Carolina's Mike Davis.
ESPN.com's Matt Fortuna reports Johnson will enter the draft, while Davis is also expected to go pro. One NFL scout told NFL.com's Chase Goodbread that Yeldon could be better than former Crimson Tide back Eddie Lacy, who has been exceptional for the Green Bay Packers.
Anyone from that trio of prospects could slide to the second or third round and net NFL teams excellent value thanks to how deep this 2015 stable of backs seems to be.
Can Cleveland Browns Capitalize on 1st-Round Picks?

The reeling Browns chose cornerback Justin Gilbert and quarterback Johnny Manziel in the first round of the last draft. Gilbert has scarcely seen the field and hasn't made a great impact, while Manziel made it through one-plus ugly games in relief of a declining Brian Hoyer.
So Cleveland doesn't have a sure franchise quarterback, may have whiffed on its prior two first-rounders and must stop the bleeding after losing five straight to cap off 2014. General manager Ray Farmer will be under the microscope, to say the least.
Dane Brugler of CBSSports.com describes the enormous opportunity ahead for the perpetually maligned franchise:
The 2014 draft-day trade involving wide receiver Sammy Watkins netted the Browns an extra pick in the opening round of the 2015 draft, but the 9-7 Buffalo Bills wound up finishing better than expected, and Watkins was a big contributor.
Among Cleveland's most glaring needs include a wide receiver—Farmer passed on Watkins, Manziel's top college target, Mike Evans, and Odell Beckham Jr. in 2014—and help on the defensive line or front seven. It's imperative for Cleveland to make the most of its chances after an underwhelming top of its 2014 class.
For a quick sample of what may be on the horizon, ESPN's Todd McShay (subscription required) had the Browns taking Washington nose tackle Danny Shelton and Arizona State wideout Jaelen Strong in his first mock. Yours truly prefers Louisville receiver DeVante Parker and Florida defensive playmaker Dante Fowler Jr. if they're available.
Although the rest of the Browns' 2014 class looks rather promising with offensive tackle Joel Bitonio and linebacker Chris Kirksey, a regime change could be on the way in Cleveland if Farmer flubs the 2015 draft.
