Bridgewater utilized the 5'10", 180-pound wideout in open space, with their big play of the day coming from a 52-yard bubble screen.ย Essentially, Wright played the role most drafters expected from Patterson while everyone's favorite preseason breakout candidate remained eerily quiet.
One game is too early to re-order every Minnesota receiver's fantasy value. Don't drop anyone too valuable for Wright, but take a flier on him if there's someone deserving of getting dropped. Just wait before inserting him into the starting lineup, as he entered Sunday with 51 career catches during his third NFL season.
Jennings now has 204 receiving yards through four games, scoring his lone touchdown in Week 1. It's too early to cut him, but only players in the deepest of leagues should start him this Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers.
