Eagles' LeSean McCoy Scores 50th Career Touchdown, 40th on Ground
Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy scored his 50th career touchdown on a one-yard run during Monday's 30-27 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
McCoy's score, which cut the Eagles' deficit to seven points in the third quarter, was his 40th career touchdown on the ground.
Arguably the most complete running back in the NFL, "Shady" has 10 receiving touchdowns to go with his 40 rushing touchdowns, having caught at least two scoring passes in each of the last four seasons.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Though listed at a modest 208 pounds, he's been surprisingly effective in goal-line situations in his six-year career with 12 one-yard rushing touchdowns. He also has six rushing TDs from two yards out, and 25 of his 40 rushing scores have gone for 10 yards or fewer.
Despite turning in 79 yards on 20 carries and 23 yards on four receptions to go with the touchdown, McCoy wasn't even Philadelphia's most valuable running back in Monday's comeback victory.
That honor goes to 31-year-old Darren Sproles, who recorded a career-high 152 receiving yards on seven receptions while adding another 26 yards and a touchdown on four carries.
Through two games, the 2-0 Eagles have found plenty of touches for both players. McCoy has gotten 41 carries and 10 catches, while Sproles has amassed 15 carries and 11 receptions.
Unsurprisingly, the Eagles' running back group is shaping up to be the best in the NFL.
