Will Eagles O-Line Revamp Ground These Birds?
With the changes the Philadelphia Eagles have had in their offensive line, will they attack through the air as frequently as last season? The Eagles have added Stacy Andrew (6'7" 342 lbs) and Jason Peters (6'4" 340 lbs) to replace the bookends they had since the turn of the century in Tre Thomas and Jon Runyan. With this added size, and youth, will they make changes to their pass-heavy offense?
The Eagles have had an aerial assault during Andy Reid tenure as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Even with Brian running ability, swinging him into the flat to catch a pass has been preferred over handing the ball off in the backfield. While Westbrook is a great player, he has a significant number of carries that go for zero or negative yards the last several seasons. The inability to convert a third-and-one or a fourth-and-one has become a focus this off-season.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With Staci and Shawn Andrews lining up side by side when the season starts, the intimidation will begin as both are extremely powerful and can move the defensive line. Westbrook's will be much more effective running on the right side of the line behind the bad news Andrews. The addition of a true fullback, Leonard "the Meatcleaver" Weaver, will allow the team to pick up more short yardage gains instead of McNabb rolling out for a pass.
Andy Reid wants to run the ball more frequently, and the new additions to the team will make this another dimension for defenses to think about. The addition of LeSean McCoy should keep Westbrook healthy for a long playoff run. The biggest offensive line in the NFL is going to create sleepless nights for opponents defensive coordinators as they have to worry about a running game to complement the Eagles' aerial attack.
