MLB Draft Big Board 2013: Mike Rosenbaum's Final Pre-Draft Rankings

1 of 8

Although the 2013 MLB Rule 4 draft starts on June 6, there is little clarity as to how the Top 10 picks will unfold.

While there are countless scenarios involving roughly a handful of prospects for each team with an early pick, it will once again come down to who the Houston Astros select first overall.

Since publishing my initial rankings in mid-May, a majority of the prospects who appeared in the Top 100 have maintained their draft stock, while a few notable late risers have also found a spot the board.

As expected, there was considerable movement within both the Top 100 and individual position rankings over the last two weeks.

Here’s a look at my final rankings for the 2013 draft.
