The following listing details my top 90 starting pitchers heading into exhibition play, with an emphasis on 5x5 roto leagues.

I have also included 16 pitchers, age 25 and under, who could be real difference-makers in early April...or sometime around Memorial Day, as a means of MLB clubs limiting their arbitration options for down the road.

Barring injury, I expect these young dynamos to be fantasy studs within the next two years.
