Major League Baseball is throwing a huge party in Nashville, Tenn., this week. It’s called the winter meetings. Perhaps you’ve heard of it.

There have been a ton of rumors coming out of Nashville in the last couple of days, including a handful of ultra-juicy trade rumors. Some of them involve star players, which is always fun.

According to Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com, there are at least eight teams on the line for 2012 National League Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey, who is having trouble getting the extension he seeks from the New York Mets.

As far as outfielders go, Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe and ESPN’s Buster Olney are saying that Boston Red Sox center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury could be had, and Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com says that the Arizona Diamondbacks are more likely to trade left fielder Jason Kubel than they are to trade right fielder Justin Upton.

Whenever there are trade rumors, myself and B/R pop culture lead writer Gabe Zaldivar are on the case. We played a little game of “Fact or Fiction” with the above rumors, and our ramblings were caught on video.

Note: Jacoby Ellsbury's WAR stat obtained from ESPN
