Move over Tebowing—we need a little more room to accomplish the grandiose gesture known as Felixing.
Seattle Mariners' ace Felix Hernandez was perfect on one hot August night, and his pose after that magical perfecto is now viral.
In fact, legendary Pearl Jam front man and MLB fanatic Eddie Vedder got in on the action as well. A tip of the hat to With Leather for compiling some of the best moments of baseball fans harnessing their inner epic.
First up is an instructional photo that gives you all you need to know to recreate magic, via With Leather.
Here is the great Eddie Vedder Felixing out at Safeco Field, making many quite confused as to his baseball loyalties, via MLB.
This NESN report walks us through the finer points of who Vedder chooses to root for. It seems the former Red Sox fan is a strong proponent of the Minnesota Twins now that Theo Epstein left for the Chicago Cubs.
In the above photo, he is apparently wearing a Twins helmet.
While his Where the Wild Things pose is awesome, we call shenanigans on every other last part of this because he can't just switch allegiances. That's not how awful torture and painful loyalty to a sports team works. Come on, Vedder.
At least Seattle Sounders' star Fredy Montero kept it in the same city with his Felixing pose.
Now it's your turn to head outside, harness your very best feelings of amazing and throw inhibitions to the side.
It's time to get to Felixing. It makes Tebowing look like LoMoing.
