With only two weeks remaining this NFL season, the playoff picture is still undecided, with plenty of teams in the hunt.

In the NFC, the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions currently have control of the two wild card spots, each sporting 9-5 records.

But what will it take for each team to keep the No. 5 and No. 6 seeds in the NFC?

Here's a breakdown for each team.

Atlanta Falcons (9-5)

Will the Lions make the playoffs?

The Falcons only need one win to get into the playoffs.

They face the 11-3 New Orleans Saints and 4-10 Tampa Bay Buccaneers next.

I don't expect them to beat the Saints, after already losing 26-23 in Week 10, but there's no way they should lose to the Buccaneers at this point, who have lost their last eight games.

However, if they lose their next two games and the Chicago Bears win their next two games, the Bears have the tie-breaker after their 30-12 win in Week 1.

Detroit Lions (9-5)

The Lions, like the Falcons, only need one win to clinch a wild card spot.

However, they face the San Diego Chargers and Green Bay Packers next.

The Packers, of course, are 13-1 this season, but they were just shocked by the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15, 19-14.

The Chargers, while disappointing this season, have won their last three games, including a 34-14 blowout of the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15.
