For those of you who want to play against Frank Caliendo, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Michael Strahan and Jimmy Johnson, just go to the Fox Sports Web site and play Frank's picks. Also, make sure to tune in and watch the Fox NFL Sunday pregame show that starts at 12 p.m. ET.

It's amazing how long it has been since the start of the season, when we were all wondering how the NFL lockout would affect teams and now we are in Week 15 of the NFL regular season.

Last week, I achieved my first 4-0 record.

My picks for last week were the Saints over the Titans, Broncos over the Bears, Eagles over the Dolphins, and the Texans over the Bengals.

I expected one of those picks to be wrong and I ended up getting a perfect 4-0 and I hope I can do the same this week.

Now, here are my picks.

Seahawks vs. Bears

Just when you thought the Bears would make the playoffs as a wild card team, they lose both Jay Cutler and Matt Forte and it looks like they may not make the playoffs, and if that is the case, then there will be some serious personnel changes made in the offseason.

As for the Seahawks, they were done as soon as they lost to Pittsburgh. I will say that from some games they've played, they have looked like they can be a dangerous team two or three years from now, but they've sucked for most of the season and not much will change.

This will be a game about defense and defense is the Bears forte. Do you see what I did there?

My Pick: Bears

Lions vs. Raiders

Remember when it was a lock for the Raiders to win their division? Yeah, me neither. The Raiders were on fire and then Jason Campbell went down, then the Raiders traded for Carson Palmer. The Raiders have lost two straight games and both were blowouts.

The Lions are coming off a win vs. the Vikings and now Ndamukong Suh is coming back and I doubt that he's happy, and if he's not happy, then he is angry and you don't like Suh when he's angry.

This is an easy pick for me.

My Pick: Lions

Saints vs. Vikings

You'd think Fox would give you better games to choose from. I don't care who's playing quarterback for the Vikings, it will be impossible for them to keep up with the Saints and if Adrian Peterson can't play, then you might want to pick up your remote and see what else is on.

My Pick: Saints

My Upset Pick of the Week: Jets over the Eagles
