Fantasy Football Week 11 Rankings: Top 10 Players at Every Position
We've hit the home stretch of the 2011 fantasy football regular season, with only three or four regular season games remaining depending on your league's setup, and at this time of year, every lineup decision becomes that much more important as teams jockey for playoff position.
To lend fantasy football owners a hand in getting a much-needed victory and setting their starting lineups as we enter the last of this season's bye weeks, here's a look at the top 10 fantasy options at each position for Week 11.
1. Aaron Rodgers and the Top 10 Quarterbacks
1 of 6Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been surgically precise in carving up opposing defenses this season, tossing 24 touchdown passes opposed to only three interceptions through nine weeks. With a top 12 fantasy matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coming up, Rodgers is the top fantasy signal-caller in Week 11.
1.) Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers (vs. TB)
2.) Tom Brady, New England Patriots (vs. KC)
3.) Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers (at DET)
4.) Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys (at WAS)
5.) Eli Manning, New York Giants (vs. PHI)
6.) Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions (vs. CAR)
7.) Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (at CHI)
8.) Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos (vs. NYJ)

10.) Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears (vs. SD)
2. Adrian Peterson and the Top 10 Running Backs
2 of 6The Oakland Raiders have surrendered the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season, so the stage is set for star running back Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings to put up a huge statistical day this Sunday.
1.) Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings (vs. OAK)
2.) Matt Forte, Chicago Bears (vs. SD)
3.) Fred Jackson, Buffalo Bills (at MIA)
4.) LeSean McCoy, Philadelphia Eagles (at NYG)

10.) Michael Turner, Atlanta Falcons (vs. TEN)
3. Calvin Johnson and the Top 10 Wide Receivers
3 of 6Detroit wide receiver Calvin Johnson and the Lions would likely just as soon forget the Week 10 drubbing they suffered at the hands of the Chicago Bears, and with a middle-of-the-pack Carolina Panthers' pass defense coming to Ford Field this week, the fifth-year pro should have ample opportunity to do just that.
1.) Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions (vs. CAR)
2.) Wes Welker, New England Patriots (vs. KC)
3.) Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers (vs. TB)
4.) Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers (at DET)
5.) Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals (at SF)

8.) Hakeem Nicks, New York Giants (vs. PHI)
9.) Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City Chiefs (at NE)
10.) Vincent Jackson, San Diego Chargers (at CHI)
4. Antonio Gates and the Top 10 Tight Ends
4 of 6Antonio Gates was relatively quiet in the San Diego Chargers' loss to the Oakland Raiders, hauling in only five passes for 54 yards, but the All-Pro tight end should be in for a big bounce back against a Chicago Bears squad that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends in the NFL.
1.) Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers (at CHI)
2.) Rob Gronkowski, New England Patriots (vs. KC)
3.) Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys (at WAS)
4.) Tony Gonzalez, Atlanta Falcons (vs. TEN)
5.) Vernon Davis, San Francisco 49ers (vs. ARI)
6.) Greg Olsen, Carolina Panthers (at DET)

9.) Aaron Hernandez, New England Patriots (vs. KC)
10.) Fred Davis, Washington Redskins (vs. DAL)
5. Sebastian Janikowski and the Top 10 Kickers
5 of 6Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski will be well served by the long layoff between Oakland's Week 10 Thursday night game and their Sunday tilt with the Minnesota Vikings, so, sore hammy and all, the big man with the big leg is fantasy football's top option at kicker headed into the friendliest fantasy matchup in the league for his position.
1.) Sebastian Janikowski, Oakland Raiders (at MIN)
2.) Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers (vs. TB)
3.) Stephen Gostkowski, New England Patriots (vs. KC)
4.) Jason Hanson, Detroit Lions (vs. CAR)
5.) Robbie Gould, Chicago Bears (vs. SD)

8.) David Akers, San Francisco 49ers (vs. ARI)
9.) Matt Bryant, Atlanta Falcons (vs. TEN)
10.) Billy Cundiff, Baltimore Ravens (vs. CIN)
6. Baltimore Ravens and the Top 10 Team Defenses
6 of 6For the third time this season the Baltimore Ravens followed up a huge win with a flat performance and loss, but Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs and the rest of the Baltimore defense will be looking to avenge last week's defeat at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks Sunday when the Cincinnati Bengals visit M&T Bank Stadium.
1.) Baltimore Ravens (vs, CIN)
2.) Green Bay Packers (vs. TB)
3.) Dallas Cowboys (at WAS)
4.) New York Giants (vs. PHI)
5.) New York Jets (at DEN)
6.) Chicago Bears (vs. SD)
7.) Detroit Lions (vs. CAR)
8.) San Francisco 49ers (vs. ARI)
9.) Cincinnati Bengals (at BAL)
10.) Seattle Seahawks (at STL)
