Every week there are players who come out of nowhere and save our fantasy matchup. Some players just start off slow, while others just match up well with different teams.
This week is no different. There will be surprise superstars in Week 5, and I am here to help you decide who to put in. No need to be mad about leaving one of these guys on your bench. Let's take a look.
David Nelson is not even owned in a lot of leagues. It is time to pick him up.
Nelson struggled last week, but has been very good all season. He is the Bills's third down option and a nice security blanket for Ryan Fitzpatrick. He gets a lot of looks and a lot of catches. Pick up David Nelson and start him if you need a wide receiver.
Joseph Addai has not been much to brag about for fantasy owners thus far, but if you need a RB to step up, Addai could be a nice player for you this week.
The Indianapolis Colts are playing the Kansas City Chiefs this week. The Chiefs have struggled to stop anyone from doing anything. Addai should have a nice game.
Donovan McNabb has been nothing but a disappointment to fantasy owners this season. That could change on Sunday.
The Vikings go head to head with the Arizona Cardinals this week, and the Cardinals have been terrible against the pass thus far. Start McNabb, he is going to put up big yards this week.
LaDainian Tomlinson has not gotten a lot of carries so far, but that is going to change. Shonn Greene has proven to be nothing but a below average running back, and Tomlinson is simply better than him.
The Jets take on the Patriots this week, and the Patriots cannot defend anybody. Tomlinson will have a huge day and take over as the feature back for the Jets.
