NFL Week 5 Start 'Em Sit 'Em: Cedric Benson and 4 Players to Bench
It's a challenge each week to determine which of your expendable players you want to start and sit.
Other than the always-dominant players (i.e. Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, etc.), matchups become everything in fantasy football.
So, with that in mind, here are four players to bench in Week 5.

Cedric Benson: RB, Bengals (at Jacksonville)
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a respectable defense, and in addition, they always play much better at home than on the road.
Their sole win came in Week 1 over the now 3-1 Tennessee Titans where they shut down RB Chris Johnson. Last week, they picked off Saints QB Drew Brees twice while holding New Orleans to a season-low 23 points.
This week, Bengals RB Cedric Benson is a tough sit if you can help it, because much of his rushing success in 2011 has come against weak rush defenses.
Jacksonville has a solid defense across the board, and with Cincy needing to establish a ground attack with a rookie QB in Andy Dalton, expect the Jags to keep at least seven in the box every snap.
Ben Roethlisberger: QB, Steelers (vs. Titans)
With a weak offensive line and rushing attack, Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger is going to be under a lot of pressure in Week 5.
The visiting Tennessee Titans have a Top-10 defense in both rush and pass yards allowed, and they have RB Chris Johnson getting back to normal on offense. That will limit Big Ben's possessions, as Pittsburgh has a weak rush defense.
In addition, RB Rashard Mendenhall (if he even plays) won't be 100 percent, forcing the offensive line to pass block—which hasn't worked this year, as Roethlisberger has been sacked 14 times and hit an additional 21.
Tennessee's only going to rush four all game, as they'll get pressure without having to blitz. In turn, they'll be double covering deep-receiving threat Mike Wallace all day, as he's the key to slowing coach Mike Tomlin's offense.
Owen Daniels: TE, Texans (vs. Raiders)
Although the Houston Texans should win this home game versus the Oakland Raiders, it won't be done by airing out the rock with QB Matt Schaub.
WR Andre Johnson is going to be out, and with TE Owen Daniels being the Texans' second-leading receiving target, the Raiders will have him blanketed all game long.
In addition, Oakland has a solid LB core with Kameron Wimbley, Rolando McClain and Quentin Groves.
Therefore, anticipate Houston to really focus on running the ball and then trying to set up other WRs Kevin Walter and Jacoby Jones later on.
Daniels may get a few targets, but his productivity will drop since Johnson isn't there to stretch the field.
Dwayne Bowe: WR, Chiefs (at Colts)
When the Kansas City Chiefs travel to Indianapolis and play the Colts on Sunday, QB Matt Cassel will be under much duress for 60 minutes.
And although Indy does have quite a few injury issues, they've been dealing with that since the preseason. Plus, with the Colts' past two efforts, it's clear they can still play some solid football.
As for their defensive line, DEs Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney will keep rolling, forcing Cassel to throw the rock away or take a sack, limiting WR Dwayne Bowe's targets.
Bowe is K.C.'s best weapon right now, but without a solid rushing attack, it's hard enough to set up the pass, let alone have time to get open when you're barely a one-dimensional offense.
Worst-case scenario is that Bowe starts in your flex position, because this week he's not going to be very productive against a better-than-advertised Colts defense.
