2011 Fantasy Football: Top 200 Player Rankings
As the third week of the preseason closes, it’s time for those final adjustments to player rankings and cheat sheets before the draft day and then the regular season begins. Another season is fast approaching so let’s take a final look at the top 200 players to select in standard redraft leagues.
Foster Re-Injures Hammy
Before we get into the rankings let’s take a look at some of the key points of interest that are going on around the league and where better to start than with the main that is still atop the rankings.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Yes, Arian Foster aggravated his hamstring injury against the 49ers, but while I watched the game, I couldn’t even tell you that he actually did anything.
Just the same, Foster did re-aggravate the injury and his head coach Gary Kubiak admitted he was hopeful that Foster would be ready for Week 1. I happened to watch this game, and I fully expect Foster to make it back on the field before Week 1, as the injury didn’t seem to be all that bad, as Foster easily jump up off the ground and walked back to the sidelines without a noticeable limp.
At this time, I still believe Foster is the top running back to select in standard leagues as Adrian Peterson will still have one of the worst offensive lines in football, and that won’t change after Week 1 .
The Chiefs don’t look very good, and while I love Jamaal Charles, this team projects to go through challenging times, and it’s not like Charles is a touchdown machine.
At the end of the day, Foster still has everything working for him, and while it would be a shame to see him miss the first game, he should still have a great year. Again, this is a good time for me to point out that it is advisable for your to have your league draft as late as possible.
Key information is always changing on a daily basis, and the longer you have to wait before your draft, the easier it will be to make a decision about Foster’s situation.
Sam Bradford, Matthew Stafford Look Sharp
If you’re looking to drop down at quarterback in your draft, consider a couple young quarterbacks in Sam Bradford and Matthew Stafford as possible options to add on your squad. Stafford is ready to be a starter in 10-team leagues right away, and all Bradford needs to do is show that he can find the end zone regularly, and he will be starting as well.
Both young quarterbacks have bright futures and are great holds in dynasty leagues if you can get your hands on them. These quarterbacks not only have talent around them, but they play in offensive schemes that will allow them to put the football up and make plays in the passing game.
Larry Fitzgerald Set for Career Year?
After another strong performance in his third preseason game where Larry Fitzgerald caught an 80-yard touchdown, it looks like the star receiver could be primed for a career year.
For the longest time, Fitzgerald’s fantasy value was hurt by having Anquan Boldin on the other side, but nowadays, it’s clear that Fitzgerald is the only possession receiver on the team, and Kevin Kolb will look his way early and often.
Look to Fitzgerald as a great WR1 in all fantasy leagues and expect a big year from the Cardinals' star receiver.
