With the trade deadline approaching, it's time to take a look at which trade targets will be fantasy winners and which will be losers.
This season's trading block is loaded with excellent hitters and a few solid pitchers.
Nothing is certain at this point, so the next four days are sure to be chalked full of baseball rumor drama.
As fans, all we can do is sit back and watch that drama unfold and choose which available players will help bolster our fantasy teams.
Let's take a look at who to buy and who to sell at the trading deadline.
Alfonso Soriano: Sell

Alfonso Soriano is in the midst of a down season, batting only .247. His inconsistent play has drawn the ire of Chicago Cubs fans and management.
Neither party would mind seeing him leave town.
Despite Alfonso Soriano's struggles at the plate, he has still produced 15 home runs and 43 RBI's.
He's no longer the All-Star caliber player he once was, so any team willing to trade for him must hope that he can improve his average at the dish.
Leo Nunez: Buy

Florida Marlins closer Leo Nunez has proven himself as one of the league's best shut-down men.
He has recorded 28 saves and has a strikeout to walk ratio of 44/15 so far this season.
His 3.47 ERA is not indicative of how effective he has been this season. Those 28 saves say it all.
The team has said that they do not wish to trade Leo Nunez, but all signs are indicative of him leaving town at the deadline.
B.J. Upton: Sell

Once a very promising young player, B.J. Upton has been nothing but a disappointment this season.
His .227 average along with some attitude problems along the way have been his demise thus far.
Those attitude problems have caused team management to shop him, but there is no clear destination for B.J. Upton.
In the perfect situation he could blossom into his All-Star potential, but that's a stretch at this point in his career.
Hunter Pence: Buy

Hunter Pence is possibly the most attractive hitter on the market.
His .308 average to go along with 11 home runs and 62 RBI's are enough to make any team in need of hitting salivate.
An extremely hard worker, Hunter Pence will be a huge addition wherever it is that he lands in the next few days.
Ubaldo Jimenez: Buy

Remember what Ubaldo Jimenez did last season? At the All-Star break he was 15-1 and had a 2.20 ERA.
2011 hasn't been the same, but he still possesses the magic from 2010.
This season he is 6-9 with a 4.20 ERA and 116 strikeouts.
A change of scenery and better run support may be all Ubaldo Jimenez needs to return to his winning ways.
Josh Willingham: Sell

If there's one thing you shouldn't do, it's buy into the Josh Willingham hype.
He has been the subject of trade rumors for time and time again, but is never "the guy" that other teams are looking for.
Josh Willingham's .241 average is well below what he is capable of and his 13 home runs are by no means indicative of the power he once had.
Could he return to form?
I doubt it.
Sell Josh Willingham.
Hiroki Kuroda: Buy

Hiroki Kuroda is a vastly underrated pitcher who is likely to be dealt before the deadline.
Don't let his 6-12 record fool you as he has recorded a 3.19 ERA this season.
All Hiroki Kuroda needs is a solid lineup to give him the run support he needs.
