Tampa Bay Buccaneers Preparing to Send Cadillac Williams Packing?

Every once in a while you get hit with something that makes you raise your eyebrows or quickly blurt out "what?"

It seems PewterReport has come out with its predictions regarding the free agents on the Tampa Bay Buccaneer roster, and lo and behold, the boys over there have Cadillac Williams heading elsewhere for the 2011 season, if there is one.

Oooooooffffffffffffffff.

Didn't see that one coming.

Sure, you figure with this lockout nonsense the Bucs will have no choice but to re-sign Barrett Ruud.

Yes, you WANT Mark Dominik to resign Davin Joseph.

Jeremy Trueblood? Well, flip a coin.

Maurice Stovall? You might say "big deal," but the fact is Mo was an outstanding special teams player and like the rest of us, the lads at PewterReport figure the departed Rich Bisaccia, now in San Diego, will welcome Stovall with open arms. He has been a major factor here on special teams and with Bisaccia gone, that's one area of play that is now a huge question mark.

Bisaccia was flat-out OUTSTANDING.

Stylez White? Probably not.

Tim Crowder? Probably yes.

John Gilmore? Uh, say hello to Luke Stocker, sorry John.

Which brings us back to Caddy.

Do you really think that Raheem Morris and Dominik are ready to let him walk?

If they do, then who is the new third-down, reliable back.

Earnest Graham? Can you say too much time in the training room?

Kregg Lumpkin? Really?

Which once again brings us back to Caddy. This is Cadillac, Mr. Good Guy, Mr. Clutch, Mr. "I can block for Josh Freeman."
