After the worst season in team history, the Denver Broncos have begun the rebuilding process by hiring John Elway into the front office, and John Fox as the new head coach.

The next step?

The 2011 NFL Draft, where the Broncos have their highest first-round pick ever, and three of the first 46 picks.

So Denver fans, who will John Elway and company draft come the end of April? Allow this slide show to be your guide.

Round 1: Da'Quan Bowers, DE Clemson

Height: 6' 4"

Weight: 275 lbs

40 Yard Dash Time: 4.64

Led the nation in sacks with 15.5, and is the top DE prospect in 2011.

Losing pass rusher Elvis Dumervil hurt in 2010, and the pass and rush defense lagged.

But, with Dumervil coming back in 2011, having Bowers on the other end will compliment a solid pass rush.

Round 2: Aaron Williams, CB Texas

Height: 6' 1"

Weight: 195 lbs

40 Yard Dash Time: 4.49

With the aging Champ Bailey on one half of the field (although he remains  a solid player), Aaron Williams from Texas could provide solid lock-down coverage on the other side.

During his three seasons in college, he had 24 pass break-ups, four picks and 106 tackles.

Had he stayed another year he definitely would have been a top 10 pick, but if Denver can snag him now, more power to them.

Round 2 (From Miami): Greg Jones, ILB Michigan State

Height: 6' 0"

Weight: 240 lbs

40 Yard Dash Time: 4.64

A two-time All-American and first-team All-Big Ten selection, Greg Jones was the Michigan State Spartans Team MVP last season.

Putting Jones on the inside, with Dumervil on the outside, and then Da'Quan Bowers as the opposite DE?

That's a young and scary group with a freakish amount of potential.

Round 3: Marvin Austin, DT North Carolina

Height: 6' 2"

Weight: 312 lbs

40 Yard Dash Time: 4.96

He earned second-team All-ACC honors as a Junior in 2009, but was suspended for the 2010 season due to NCAA rules violations.

However, come time for the NFL, players have made changes and a guy with his level of talent should not go overlooked.

If anyone can make sure his head stays on straight, John Elway can.

Round 6: John Clay, RB Wisconsin

Height: 6' 1"

Weight: 248 lbs

40 yard Dash Time: 4.67

With all the injuries and off-the-field problems the Broncos' faced in 2010, adding an RB such as John Clay can erase those memories.

Moreno is a great back, but is not the power runner like Clay.

Having the tandem in the backfield will not only display a versatile running game, but will create openings for the passing attack.

Round 7: Ryan Jones, CB Northwest Missouri State

Height: 5' 11"

Weight: 197 lbs

40 Yard Dash Time: 4.42

Selected to the Division II All-American team in 2010, Jones picked off six passes and took two back to the house.

His six picks ranked him ninth in Division II, and first in the MIAA conference.

Not to mention he also deflected 13 passes, ranking him fifth in the country and also played in 56 of 58 games during his four years at Northwest Missouri State.
