We are now entering Week 16 of the 2010 NFL season with close playoff race's in many divisions.

The New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons both share the best record in the NFL, at 11-2, while the Carolina Panthers have the worst overall record this year with only one win and 12 losses.

The last two weeks of the season will be crucial to many teams in the pursuit for a post-season birth.

The following slides are the power ranking for Week 16 of the 2010-11' NFL Season.

32. Carolina Panthers(2-12)

The Carolina Panthers snapped their seven-game losing streak in Week 15 against the Cardinals.  Jimmy Clausen had a solid performance completing 13 of 19 thrown passes for 141 yards, one touchdown, zero interceptions and a 107.6 QB rating.

Don't expect Carolina to go on any kind of winning streak with some intense competition ahead the next two weeks.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ Pittsburgh Steelers(10-4)

    @ Atlanta Falcons(12-2)

31. Denver Broncos(3-11)

    Last Game:

    Loss, 39-23 @ Oakland Raiders

Tim Tebow received his first NFL start against the Oakland Raiders.  He didn't earn the win but played with some intelligence, not throwing an interception.  Tebow's overall stat's this season are 9-17 for 141 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 120.0 QB rating.

After going 8-16 for 138 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions and a 100.5 QB rating, against the Oakland Raiders, Tebow deserves to start out the rest of the year to see if he can really be the quarterback of the future.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Vs. Houston Texans(5-9)

    Vs. San Diego Chargers(8-6)

30. Cincinnati Bengals(3-11)

Carson Palmer didn't record a touchdown, but he also didn't throw any interceptions.  With two tough defenses ahead, Palmer's season won't be getting much better.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Vs. San Diego Chargers(8-6)

    @ Baltimore Ravens(10-4)

29. Buffalo Bills(4-10)

After starting off the season with a 3-2 record, the Cardinals have since lost eight out of their last nine games.

Since Rookie John Skelton took over the starting quarterback position in Week 14, he has earned a 1-1 record, but hasn't been productive at all.  In the Week 14 win against Denver he completed 15 of 37 passes for 146 yards, zero touchdowns and a 52.3 QB rating.  Then, last week against the Panthers he threw 17-33 for 196 yards, one interception, and a 57.1 QB rating.

    Last Game:

    Loss, 40-14 Vs. Chicago Bears

It is very likely that the almighty legend Brett Favre has finally played his last down, after leaving Week 15's loss to the Chicago Bears early in the game.

Once Favre exited the game, Joe Webb took over and completed 15 of 26 passes for 129 yards, zero touchdowns, two interceptions and a lousy 38.8 QB rating.  Webb also had one meaningless rushing touchdown.

The future doesn't look too bright in Minnesota.
