We are now entering Week 16 of the 2010 NFL season with close playoff race's in many divisions.

The New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons both share the best record in the NFL, at 11-2, while the Carolina Panthers have the worst overall record this year with only one win and 12 losses.

The last two weeks of the season will be crucial to many teams in the pursuit for a post-season birth.

The following slides are the power ranking for Week 16 of the 2010-11' NFL Season.

32. Carolina Panthers(2-12)

    Last Game:

    Win, 19-12 Vs. Arizona Cardinals

The Carolina Panthers snapped their seven-game losing streak in Week 15 against the Cardinals.  Jimmy Clausen had a solid performance completing 13 of 19 thrown passes for 141 yards, one touchdown, zero interceptions and a 107.6 QB rating.

Don't expect Carolina to go on any kind of winning streak with some intense competition ahead the next two weeks.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ Pittsburgh Steelers(10-4)

    @ Atlanta Falcons(12-2)

31. Denver Broncos(3-11)

    Last Game:

    Loss, 39-23 @ Oakland Raiders

Tim Tebow received his first NFL start against the Oakland Raiders.  He didn't earn the win but played with some intelligence, not throwing an interception.  Tebow's overall stat's this season are 9-17 for 141 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 120.0 QB rating.

After going 8-16 for 138 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions and a 100.5 QB rating, against the Oakland Raiders, Tebow deserves to start out the rest of the year to see if he can really be the quarterback of the future.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Vs. Houston Texans(5-9)

    Vs. San Diego Chargers(8-6)

30. Cincinnati Bengals(3-11)

4 of 33

    Last Game:

    Win, 19-17 Vs. Cleveland Browns

The Cincinnati Bengals have finally snapped their 10-game losing streak in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns.  Cedric Benson had a huge game, carrying the ball 31 times for 150 yards and one touchdown.

Carson Palmer didn't record a touchdown, but he also didn't throw any interceptions.  With two tough defenses ahead, Palmer's season won't be getting much better.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Vs. San Diego Chargers(8-6)

    @ Baltimore Ravens(10-4)

29. Buffalo Bills(4-10)

5 of 33

    Last Game:

    Win, 17-14 @ Miami Dolphins

The Bills have now won four of their last six games after defeating the Miami Dolphins on the road.  Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has been playing well of late throwing for over a 90.0 QB rating the past two games, winning each contest.

Fred Jackson has been silent on the ground recently, not scoring a single touchdown in the last four games.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Vs. New England Patriots(12-2)

    @ New York Jets(10-4)

28. Arizona Cardinals (4-10)

    Last Game:

    Loss, 19-12 @ Carolina Panthers

After starting off the season with a 3-2 record, the Cardinals have since lost eight out of their last nine games.

Since Rookie John Skelton took over the starting quarterback position in Week 14, he has earned a 1-1 record, but hasn't been productive at all.  In the Week 14 win against Denver he completed 15 of 37 passes for 146 yards, zero touchdowns and a 52.3 QB rating.  Then, last week against the Panthers he threw 17-33 for 196 yards, one interception, and a 57.1 QB rating.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ Miami Dolphins(7-7)

    Vs. Minnesota Vikings(5-9)

26. Minnesota Vikings(5-9)

8 of 33

    Last Game:

    Loss, 40-14 Vs. Chicago Bears

It is very likely that the almighty legend Brett Favre has finally played his last down, after leaving Week 15's loss to the Chicago Bears early in the game.

Once Favre exited the game, Joe Webb took over and completed 15 of 26 passes for 129 yards, zero touchdowns, two interceptions and a lousy 38.8 QB rating.  Webb also had one meaningless rushing touchdown.

The future doesn't look too bright in Minnesota.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ Philadelphia Eagles(10-4)

    @ Detroit Lions(4-10)

25. Washington Redskins

9 of 33

    Last Game:

    Loss, 33-30 @ Dallas Cowboys

Washington has now lost their last four games, playing their way out of the playoffs.  The coaching staff has decided to sit McNabb for the rest of the season, giving Rex Grossman the starting job for the remaining games.

In Week 15 against the Cowboys Rex Grossman threw 25-43 for 322 yards, four touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 93.4 QB rating.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    Last Game:

Loss, 34-7 @ San Diego Chargers

Alex Smith took over the starting quarterback role, yet again, in a Week 14 win over the Seattle Seahawks, completing 17 of 27 passes for 255 yards, three touchdowns, and a 130.9 QB rating.

Smith wasn't as successful last week against the San Diego Chargers, throwing an interception and not reaching the endzone once.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ St. Louis Rams(6-8)

    Vs. Arizona Cardinals(4-10)

23. Seattle Seahawks(6-8)

11 of 33

    Last Game:

    Loss, 34-18 Vs. Atlanta Falcons

Pete Carroll's future in Seattle would most likely be in question after losing four of the last five games, but since the Seahawks are in the struggling NFC West, the organization is still in the playoff race.

    Upcoming Schedule:

    @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers(8-6)

    Vs. St. Louis Rams(6-8)

22. Cleveland Browns(5-9)

Despite losing to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15, Colt McCoy looked impressive completing 19 of 25 passes for 243 yards, two touchdowns, and a 132.6 QB rating.  McCoy is making it look like he will definitely be the future for Cleveland.

21. Houston Texans(5-9)

    Last Game:

Loss, 27-13 Vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Rookie Sam Bradford has struggled of late, throwing no touchdowns and four interceptions in his last two games.  With some easier competition in Weeks 16 and 17, Bradford should have no problem bouncing back.

Since Jason Garrett has taken over the Head Coaching position, he has led the Dallas Cowboys to a 4-2 record.  Kitna has done a fantastic job replacing Tony Romo, having a fantastic game in Week 15 against the Washington Redskins.  Against Washington Kitna completed 25 of 37 passes for 305 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 110.8 QB rating.

    Upcoming Schedule:

After losing to the Bills in Week 15, the Dolphins are now out of the playoff race, in an extremely tough AFC East division, featuring the Jets and Patriots.
