Fantasy Football Five-Week Trending Stats: Ben Oboma-Who?

Tenny StegmanDec 3, 2010

Who else had their season end because of Ben Obomanu?ย  A TD and 159 yards was all it took for me. ย

The wrong Jacoby has emerged in 2010.ย  You won't find "the right" one on any significant stat chart, as he's not doing anything this season, despite how banged up Kevin Walter is.ย  I'm kidding, Jacoby Ford isn't the wrong Jacoby, let's settle on the unexpected one. ย

The fourth round rookie has ripped off 275 yards and a TD in his last three games, and with Bruce Gradkowski back under center, he's worth considering if you are banged up at WR.

Do you think Randy Moss feels at all embarrassed to be at the bottom of this list (you'll have to click through to FFArmory to see)?ย  If Collins plays this week, I'd throw Randy in my lineup, just on a hunch.

Please remember, when you are talking smack to all of the Marques Colston naysayers in your league, that his last two 100+ yard games came against the first and second-worst fantasy pass defenses in the league.ย

And finally, if you happen to find yourself hanging near Dwayne Bowe and a fire extinguisher, please don't hesitate to unload that thing on him.ย

*The below chart is ranked in order from highest to lowest fantasy points average (basic scoring) over the last five games played for WRs only.ย  Only receiving stats have been compiled.ย
